Electronic Hand Warmer

Do you have a friend that, no matter what, is ALWAYS COLD!?

"It's me! Hi. I'm the problem it's me!!"

LOL! IF you answered yes, be kind and BUY THIS for them.  Click HERE to shop my link NOW for the most amazing, toasty, hand warmer EVER!

I have joked for YEARS AND YEARS AND YEARS to Darren... I have said time and time again,

"If you ever want to get rid of me without any evidence, take me to the top of the mountain, barefooted and without a coat, and drive away! I'll die shortly there after."

I just cannot stand to be WET OR COLD.  And my man knows me WELL! Heck, after 30 years, he better. That's why when he spotted this rechargeable hand warmer, he knew it would not only be the perfect stocking stuffer, but a very practical gift.

These hand warmers come in a wide variety of colors to coordinate with your outfits or your mani (hehe).  Darren purchased the "Nebula" pattern for me.  The next hand warmer I buy is going to be the "Ocean Waves". That's right ya'll.  While I am warming my hands, I would much rather envision sitting on a warm beach listening to the waves.

Whether you are sitting in a cold office, at a freezing cold football game, live in Alaska, or live with a polar bear (your husband who has to keep the house below 65 degrees), this is a perfect gadget to keep you warm. I am also thinking of my girl, Stephanie Woodson, who suffers from raynauds arthritis. Her poor hands turn BLUE, often, when cold.

The perks of this product:

Rechargeable (lithium battery)

Portable (fits in the palm of your hand)

(3) Heat Options (95C, 118C, 131C)

Large Battery Capacity (works 4-8 hours)

Compact (half the size of your cell phone)

Arrives With A Cord & A Good Quality, Felt Bag For Storing/Carrying Purposes

The company suggests keeping the life of the battery to the fullest potential by ALWAYS keeping it charged. This items does get HOT (and I mean HOT), so do not fall asleep with it or allow your children to use it without your supervision.

Bye-Bye hot hands! We all know they don't work that well anyway. And who wants to have to rebuy them every year? Not I!

Do You Wanna Build A Snowman?

On day 8, our elves arrived with the most impressive SNOW scene EVER!! You have got to check this out. It came complete with everything needed for the best snow day.  First up, (Above) snowballs for a snow ball fight and a new, "TY" snowman stuffed animal. (Below) Napoleon arrived with some new snow gear: ear muffs, a scarf, and a snow tube! Yea baby!
Then, there were some cute, snow snacks, like white cheddar cheese balls that look like snow balls, hot cocoa gold fish, a bag of marshmallows, and a jar of whip cream.
New snow toys!  How adorable is that penguin builder? This "sno" toy came from Target (Shhh, don't tell my kids that.  They think Santa makes these gifts). Hehe. They are called Sno-Buddies.
A reminder to make snow angels.
And to drink hot cocoa.  The reminder included a hot cocoa bar, which came complete with...
New cocoa mugs... SNOW FUN!

Ghiradelli hot cocoa, (duh), a candy cane, and milk chocolate lollipops.
The chocolate lollipops were in the shape of a Reindeer and a Penguin.
And because one of our kids loathes chocolate, our elves brought him snowflake marshmallows!
Do we have the BEST elves are WHAT?  Below, it looks like they are ready to go sleigh riding.  They brought their snow friends too.  See frosty on his sleigh?
Oh man, a snowman squishy, a BIG wubble bubble "FULLA" snow, and some snow window clings.  Can you say, "#ElfGoals"?
And then fell the REAL snow! We got a good 10-12 inches on this day. (I think). AND how funny that TODAY, the day I share the snow scene, it's supposed to snow either tonight or tomorrow!
This elf scene was for sure WORK! And it was even worse to clean up.  LOL!  But... the memories and reactions are all worth it.

Sadie and Simon ~ Snow Fun!

We had a HUGE snow a few weeks ago and I am JUST NOW getting around to posting Sadie and Simon's snow-fun. If I am not mistaken, this was Sadie's second and Simon's FIRST snow experience.  Coincidentally, it snowed another 10" last night so I am having total dejavu. These two dogs add so much comedy and joy to our lives.  They are definitely an extra responsibility, but I think the overall love and companionship we receive from them is well worth every second.
Sadie LOVES the snow!!!
Sadie and Simon enjoyed a good dog fight in the snow.
I like to call them Danny Devito and Arnold Schwarzenegger.  You might think Simon is Devito and Sadie is Schwarsenegger. Size wise..you are correct, in your thinking, but attitude wise, it's the other way around.
I LOVE OUR Sadie girl!!! She's so powerful and fierce, but is also so loving.
Simon is a great "guard" dog.  He's definitely vocal and has truly help me understand the meaning of "ankle biter". I love his intense NEED to snuggle. He ONLY loves his family and other animals.  He's not really into other human beings.  If you are reading and you believe he likes you, then consider yourself an awesome person. Haha.
Sadie, on the other hand, LOVES everything and everyone, especially the trash can and other dogs. LOL!

Do You Want To Build A Snowman ~ Edible Craft

During our snow storm, I have tried desperately to find ways to entertain the kids and keep them off of their electronics most of the day light hours.  You'd think the snow would deter them, but sometimes, it's just too darn cold to play in the snow.  HAHAHA.  YES, I really said that. Today, however, they have NOT been on their electronics much AT ALL.  They shoveled a neighbors driveway for $15 and they have been sleigh ridding.

I made the "Do You Want To Build A Snowman" labels (above) and created a plate of gourmet candies, from the Fresh Market. I told the kids to build a snowman. Afterwards, they could eat him.
The plate included: large marshmallows, licorice pinwheels, gourmet mints, pretzel sticks. mini oreos, a lemon cookie, gumdrops, licorice drops, black m&ms, an orange jelly belly, and an orange good and plenty!
I gave them a teaspoon of marshmallow fluff, a teaspoon of peanut butter, a toothpick, and a skewer fork.  These were their assembly tools.
And the kids enjoyed getting creative.
I know from these photos, Ty doesn't look like he's having fun, but he was.  He's just like his mom though.  Everything has to be perfect, so he was annoyed that his pieces were being stubborn and not adhering with permanency.
Here is Ty's, what I can, Mexican snowman.  He looks like he is ready to go to the South Of The Border.
Jax worked very intently.
His snowman looked Chinese.
Liley worked very daintily.
Liley's was the most creative.  She made a pipe and a broom stick!
I have uploaded my label and will include it, FREE, here, if you want to use it!!!
