The Healthiest Birthday Cake EVER!!!

This cake is EASY to make! There's NO baking involved.  There's no carbs, it's calorie-free, fat-free, gluten-free, sugar-free, egg-free, and peanut-free.  Plus no preservatives, dyes, or HIGH fructose corn syrup.  

 What is it?  

It's a "grow-a-cake".  I spotted this cake at the Dollar Tree.  Anywhere else and this item would have been close to $3.99.  (I really should be Dollar Tree's marketing director or on a commercial for them.) "Just place in water and watch it grow!"

We all know how much self-control Darren has.  Even on his BIRTHDAY, he will NOT eat sweets.  Lilah and Jax were so excited to present him with a birthday cake that was fun, since it couldn't be delicious.

 It was a sweet moment between him and his twinsies.  

Day #1: About the size of a quarter or half dollar.

Day #3: About the size of a clementine orange.  

 Day #7: About the size of a tennis ball.  

 And there you have it folks... perfect for the non dessert lover!

It may not be edible or delicious, but it sure did last a little longer than the average cake! We had to get Darren some form of cake. After all, in my opinion, it wouldn't be a birthday without one!
