I almost feel as if I am watching an episode of "Saturday Night Live". She might be on to something... not the cowgirl... LILAH! I should send these in to the Conan O'Brien, David Letterman, or Ellen Degeneres Show. They would have a field day! Do you think that woman is buying that hat? Made that hat? Or walked out of her home purposefully wearing the hat? I'm so curious.
