Hip Thrusts At Home

I have been looking for a way to do hip thrust at home without feeling like a 45 pound bar is going to break my hip bones. Yes, I have the padding, but it’s still very awkward or concerning o for someone who’s petite.

This is one of the gifts that Darren bought me for Valentine’s Day! Last Friday, I tested it out with 30 pound dumbbells one on each side. I feel certain I could easily do 50 on each side. I just wanted to play around with it first to get a feel for it.
