Drain That Lymphatic Fluid Baby!

Been a little MIA today! I undecorated for Christmas and honestly was just feeling sadness having to say goodbye to Justine. Sad for Jax and sad that the house is shy one less person.

All day, I thought the kids had school tomorrow, until about 1 pm. And they don't. WHAT?!?!?' Why are we postponing routine and structure?

Anyway, I wanted to share another one of my Christmas gifts with you from Darren. Remember, he gave me the bidet, the sauna was a couples gift to one anothet, and next up... a vibration plate.

I asked for this and a trampoline. I got both. I am using this first thing in the morning for 20 minutes and after dinner for 20 minutes. It is sooooo amazing. I totally feel it immediately. I have poor circulation in my legs and I feel the intense increase of blood circulation and nerve stimulation. This is NOT a lie. This is BEYOND fact. My legs are soooo much happier now.
