Duck Dynasty Day!

I've had the advertisement, for "Duck Dynasty Day", dangling from my top, kitchen, cabinets for a week now.  I didn't want to forget and pass up the opportunity for my children to enjoy some free Duck Dynasty products. 

After the pumpkin patch, we headed to Lifeway Christian Bookstore and stopped in for Duck Dynasty Day.  The kids received a fantastic goody bag filled with gifts from Si.  They also were able to put their names in a drawing for a chance to win a 6ft cardboard cut out of Si. Eeeeekkk!  The drawing is in 6 minutes.  What will I do if we win that THING????? 

What was in the goody bags:

A beard on a stick.

A Si greeting card.

Duck Dynasty cups.

A candy bag.  Check out the camouflage ribbon.

A "Audrey Bunny" Puzzle.

And a poster! Oh boy... where will I ever choose to hang this :)

Oh, Duck Dynasty... where do I begin.  Let me just say, I have learned that I am not a "jump on the band wagon" type person.  When "Toms" came into existence, I didn't run out and buy a pair just because everyone else did.  I STILL don't own a pair.  NOR did I start watching Duck Dynasty.  When my family would turn the show on, I would have to physically leave the room or put headphones on. I just didn't get what was so appealing about that show... at all.  It's taken me almost an entire year for me to finally cave and watch it with them.  Other than the fact that that show is TOTALLY scripted (it's so obvious), I have to say, it is quite entertaining.
