PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE watch this video. You will ENJOY it! I promise. Darren made me watch it and I kept walking away, and he was getting so upset with me. Until the END of the video, I couldn't understand why he was getting so upset that I wasn't tuning in. The video fit my walking away to a "T". I'm always standing and never have a break (wink wink).
