The Terrier Challenge Basketball Tournament

Tyson was asked to be in a tournament with the Volunteers team (after his basketball season ended) and Darren was asked to be the assistant coach. Darren and I had NO IDEA what to expect because neither Tyson nor Darren have ever entered into a tournament before.  We left our home at 8:30 am this morning and didn't return home until almost 9:00 pm. After almost 10 hours, in the William Byrd Middle School, the Volunteers came out as champions, winning every single game today! How victorious!!! 

Our family prayed this morning for safety on the court, for some good wins, and for Jesus' light to be displayed from the members of our family! I think it's safe to say, God's will was done!  All of our prayers were answered. Even though it was a very looooong day, I can't deny that knowing the Volunteers won every single game, made every bit of today WORTH IT!
